Time to spice it up!

I personally have never been to Restism, but those who did swear that it was the most comfortable place to chill and relax. The surrounding was grand and spacious, with mind-soothing music playing in the background, what more can you ask for?
The menu is not fully completed because they just started up, but the variety offered is vast; from your average local delights to western delicacies. What we ordered was: pasta, spicy fish fillet and the Tangy Lemon fish and chips (budget constraints disallowed me from getting steaks).*
Beginning with the pasta, it was not bad, the ingredients were fresh and the presentation was fabulous. The only let down was the serving size, which might be a problem for big eaters.
Followed by the spicy fish fillet, the method of preparation is not clear, but what can be told is that the spicy paste served with the fillet was the bomb. When it is served alongside with the fillet, it blasts sambal flavour and the fragrance lingers in your mouth. (For people who cannot take spicy food, take it easy on this one okay?)
Lastly, the tangy lemon fish and chips; the fillet was coated with flour and fried lightly to perfection. The crisp surface does not affect the freshness of the fillet itself. If anything, the tangy lemon sauce only complements it better. The salad served as a side dish is also savoury and the dressing was extravagant (Tasted like KewPie).
9/10 (if anything, the student next to my table with stressed out face disturbed me)
6/10 (I would say not student friendly, but definitely will be there again after finals)
8/10 (Great, but that price range deserves a slightly more generous serving please)
7/10 (Because Tappers gave me Ice Cream)
*Editor’s note: Another member of the Editorial Squad team had tried the steak and would like to comment that IT WAS SO GOOD. “I don’t know much about reviewing food but I can tell you that the steak was perfect for that price range (It was about RM24). It was served with mashed potatoes and salad on the side. Perfect combination!”
