On the 24th of January 2017, the Students Representative Council of MMU Melaka had organized yet another Town Hall session to discuss on some of the issues that concerned the students. In my opinion, this Town Hall session had a bigger audience as this time, it was done in the CLC Concourse. Students who were done with their lectures or tutorial classes stopped by to listen to what was being discussed by the SRC members as well as the questions posed by the students to the SRC members.
The biggest audience they received was at 3.15 p.m. and 3.45 p.m. as some of the students just came out of the lecture hall at around that time. Around 60 to 70 people stopped and listened to the discussion.
The two main issues discussed by the SRC members were the Festive Holidays and the Resource Fees. After the questions concerning these issues were addressed and answered, they opened the floor to any other general questions.
