The afternoon was not only enriched by the array of food offered but also the lineup of activities and performances that entertained our guests. To begin with, guest were first graced by a showcase of a Malay traditional dance called Zapin performed by MMU students under the instruction of Mdm Noriah Ahmad. Their grace and exuberance lit up the room and got the attendees moving along as well.
The morning came to an end with the presentation of the token of appreciation to Prof. Dr. Masahiko Seki and Prof. Dr. Arman Hadi Bin Abdul Manaf together with the handing out of Bunga Telur as well as Dodol as door gifts. A perfect wrap to an eventful morning, if you ask me. Here’s wishing that the newly arrived exchange students have a wonderful time here in Malacca and have stories and memories to hold dear for years to come.
